The vision of the consortium is a Serbia in which healthcare is peronalized and digitalized, while the industry is active and developed on the basis of strong infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies.&nbsp;
The development of an ecosystem in which ethical principles are respected with the existence of agile regulation that enables successful business and innovation is one of the primary goals of the consortium. By meeting this goal, the whole of society will benefit from products and innovations and develop trust in a functional user-friendly system.
The consortium will focus on multidisciplinary education and cross-sector cooperation, creating a single platform for the exchange of knowledge, technology and experience. Such a platform, oriented towards domestic and foreign markets, ensures active financing of projects and gives additional visibility to Serbian scientists and students.

The mission of the Excellent 3 Supercluster is to create a platform that provides resources and creates a stimulating environment for the development of a sustainable web3 ecosystem in Serbia by 2027.
The consortium networks representatives of the web3 and blockchain industries with the private and public sectors to apply these technologies in practice. By connecting local with the European and global markets, the consortium provides easier access to domestic and foreign sources of funding, and the information required to improve the ecosystem with accelerated growth and development.
As there is a shortage of skilled labour in Web3 technologies, the consortium will focus on developing experts in this field, increasing the number of innovative products and strengthening the market through multidisciplinary cooperation between conventional industries, startups and academia.&nbsp;

The consortium seeks to enable the Serbian agricultural sector to make the best use of the contacts, knowledge, resources and activities of consortium members to digitally transform their business and make it more sustainable and competitive on local and foreign markets.
The consortium is built around a vision of Serbia as a country of exceptional technological and scientific personnel who jointly invest in the accelerated development of innovative solutions. The primary goals of the consortium will be to improve the education system, encourage entrepreneurship, create an enabling and motivating legal environment for agricultural development, and the promotion and affirmation of successful businesses and scientific achievements from Serbia.

The consortium will focus on supporting talent in this area through various forms of cooperation between academia and industry, and through civil society organizations and startups dedicated to the development of formal and non-formal education systems. Through accelerator programmes and learning platforms, the consortium will also create a system for further development of existing teams and startups.
In a multidisciplinary industry that includes the work of artists, creators, engineers, technologists, entrepreneurs and a wide range of other professionals, Creative Tech Serbia will contribute to creating added value in the Serbian economy.
